I'm an operator, builder, and technology executive based in Nashville. By day, I serve as SVP and CIO at D4C Dental Brands, where I focus on modernizing technology, security, and data strategy at scale. Before that, I spent nearly two decades at HCA Healthcare in leadership roles across the U.S. and the U.K., including serving as CIO for HCA's international division in London.

Outside of my day job, I'm building MorningKeep and HelloYaYa through Mabry Ventures, advising a handful of companies, and writing about AI, leadership, and what it really takes to turn ambitious ideas into durable execution. I care a lot about good systems, clear thinking, and work that actually moves the needle.
